Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities

When you use the DOMAIN RESOURCES of “teamup.services”, you agree to be bound by these TERMS and CONDITIONS, which occurs immediately upon initial use of any part of the DOMAIN RESOURCES. If you do not agree to be bound by the current TERMS and CONDITIONS, please do not use the RESOURCES of this DOMAIN and the information and SERVICES provided therein, including: all materials in the form of text, images, audio, video, program code and/or fragments of it.

The moment of binding with these GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS coincides with the moment of opening the WEBSITE from the DOMAIN. Then the USER makes an “electronic statement” within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Law, declaring that he has the desire and intention to use the DOMAIN SERVICES, as well as that he has familiarized himself with these GENERAL TERMS and that he agrees with them, undertaking to observe them in good faith.

I. Definitions 

In the interpretation and application of these TERMS and CONDITIONS, the following capitalized terms and expressions shall have the following meaning in the text:

  1. Under “GENERAL TERMS” shall be understood all the conditions and clauses listed in the “GENERAL TERMS OF USE” section:
  2. Under “DOMAIN” is to be understood the total space of “teamup.services”, consisting of many nodes and the WEBSITES located on them, mail and other servers in the global Internet network.
    THE DOMAIN “teamup.services” is accessible through its unified address via HTTP, HTTPS, IP or other standardized protocol and contains in its files nodes, program code, text, images, audio and video materials, as well as other materials and resources.
  3. Under “WEBSITE” shall be understood a designated place in the global Internet network with the DOMAIN address “teamup.services”, accessible through its electronic address (URL) under the HTTP, HTTPS or other standardized protocol and containing files, program code, text, images , audio and video materials, and other materials and resources.
  4. By “LINK” is meant any hyperlink with an electronic address on the relevant Internet page, redirecting the USER to the WEBSITE of the same DOMAIN or to other websites in the global network by “clicking” on it.
  5. Under “RESOURCES” shall be understood the information materials and products provided to the USER of the DOMAIN “teamup.services”, including: databases, software, news, publications, text, images, photographic images, video, audio, program code and /or fragments of program code.
  6. ”SERVICES” shall mean all RESOURCES provided to the USER within the DOMAIN “teamup.services”.
  7. ”USER/S” shall mean any individual who accesses and uses the WEBSITES, SERVICES and RESOURCES provided within the DOMAIN.
  8. Under “REGISTRANT” is to be understood the person in whose name the DOMAIN “teamup.services” is registered, according to the General Terms and Conditions for registration and maintenance of domains in the .BG area
  9. ”MALICIOUS ACTIONS” shall mean all actions or inactions that violate the ethical norms of behavior on the Internet and the Law of copyright and related rights, or that cause harm to the REGISTRANT, USERS or third parties. MALICIOUS ACTIONS include:
    – sending unwanted mail (spam/junk mail);
    – artificially generating high traffic, with the aim of disrupting the operation of WEBSITES from the DOMAIN and preventing other USERS from using them (flood);
    – performing actions that can be interpreted as industrial espionage or sabotage, destruction of information systems or data sets (crack);
    – distributing “Trojan horses” or causing the installation of viruses or software for unauthorized remote control (malware, spyware);
    – gaining access to RESOURCES and SERVICES with a foreign user account; using system vulnerabilities for personal gain or obtaining information (hack);
    – disrupting the access of third parties to the Internet and other computer networks;
    – committing any criminal acts, administrative violations or illegal damages within the meaning of the Bulgarian legislation or the legislation of another EU country.
    – use of methods leading to the forced loading of content unwanted by USERS (“pop-up”, “blind link” and the like).
  10. ”MODERATOR” shall mean a person representing part of the “teamup.services” team who is tasked with reviewing USER CONTENT and comments and whether they are compatible with these TERMS. THE MODERATOR acts as a facilitator and uses a neutral approach in resolving conflicts and disputes between USERS within the DOMAIN “teamup.services”.

II. When using the DOMAIN, the USER unconditionally undertakes:

To comply with Bulgarian legislation, applicable foreign laws, these GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS, and good manners;

Not to violate the property or non-property rights and interests of third parties or the REGISTRANT such as property rights, intellectual property rights, copyrights and others; to promptly notify “teamup.services” of any case of open violation when using the provided SERVICES;

Not to perform MALICIOUS ACTIONS.

The USER’s access will be immediately terminated if there is information about the violation of any of the provisions of the GENERAL TERMS or the performance of MALICIOUS ACTIONS by the USER.

III. Rights to the content of the DOMAIN

  1. All items of DOMAIN content, including but not limited to databases, software, news, publications, text, images, photographic images, video, audio, program code and/or program code fragments, and other information, are subject to copyright within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act or other laws governing intellectual property rights, and are the property of the REGISTRANT and/or third parties. Any distribution, use, reproduction, modification, public display, etc. of part or all of the content of the DOMAIN without the prior written consent of the REGISTRANT or the respective copyright holders is prohibited and will be prosecuted in accordance with the law and by all legal means.
  2. THE SERVICES provided by the DOMAIN are intended for personal use only, and the USER has no right to distribute in any way the materials published within the DOMAIN, as well as to copy, print on paper or record and distribute on a digital medium of them more than is supposed to be necessary for the satisfaction of his personal needs. It is mandatory to preserve all inscriptions and watermarks on the content located within the DOMAIN, related to copyright and other property rights.
  3. When components or materials from the DOMAIN are saved on an electronic medium by the USER or printed for personal and non-commercial use, the USER is obliged to preserve and provide an indication of the reserved rights of the REGISTRANT and/or third parties on each copy.

IV. Responsibilities

The REGISTRANT is not responsible for any disruptions or technical problems preventing the access and use of the SERVICES and RESOURCES as a result of the USER’s operation of the computer or other electronic equipment (hardware or software problem, Internet connectivity problem, etc.).

The REGISTRANT is not responsible in case the USER is affected by computer viruses or other similar malicious software, disrupting the normal operation of the computer or other electronic equipment when using the DOMAIN RESOURCES AND SERVICES.

The REGISTRANT is not responsible for the content of other websites accessed through LINKS published within the DOMAIN, as well as for the consequences that could arise for the USER in connection with their use, content, policies for the protection of personal information or the security of these websites.

REGISTRANT does its best to maintain up-to-date information from sources it believes to be reliable, but does not guarantee that it is so, nor is it responsible for its correctness or that access to it has been interrupted.

The DOMAIN contains translations of materials carried out by third parties (other than the authors of the relevant materials), for whose accuracy, correctness and completeness the REGISTRANT does not guarantee and bears no responsibility.

The REGISTRANT reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to temporarily or permanently terminate access to the WEBSITES from the DOMAIN in order to modify their content, as well as to completely terminate the provision of the SERVICES.

The USER is responsible for all losses, direct, indirect or consequential damages, lost profits arising from or related to his access to and use of RESOURCES from the DOMAIN.

The USER is obliged to indemnify the REGISTRANT for any action or inaction by which he violated or contributed to the violation of an intellectual property right or other right within the DOMAIN.

V. Modification of the GENERAL TERMS

These TERMS and CONDITIONS may be changed unilaterally at any time and without notice by the REGISTER. It is the duty of the USER to periodically monitor the occurrence of changes. Use of the DOMAIN RESOURCES or any part thereof after the date of the changes will be deemed to be acceptance of the updated terms and conditions, which shall become effective upon their posting within the DOMAIN.

VI. Additional provisions

In the event that any of the provisions of these GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS prove to be invalid, this shall not entail the invalidity or insignificance of the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS in their entirety. The invalid clause will be replaced by the relevant norms of the law or the established practice, and the USER will not be released from being bound by the GENERAL TERMS.
The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria apply to all matters not settled by these GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS.
All disputes relating to these GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS, which the parties have not been able to resolve through verbal dialogue and by mutual agreement, are referred for resolution before the competent authorities in the Republic of Bulgaria.
